Along with the Terms on this page, two other documents form part of our relationship with you:

Our How We Work page explains how to utilize our Platform and comprehend our reviews, rankings, suggestions, revenue model, and other details.

Our Content Standards and Guidelines assist us in keeping everything on our Platform current and appropriate for our worldwide audience, while not limiting freedom of expression. They describe how we monitor material and respond to something objectionable.

By accepting our Terms, you agree to everything in all three papers. If you do not agree to any of these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

All of this information is significant because it (together with your booking confirmation email and any pre-contractual information provided before booking) establishes the legal terms under which Service Providers sell their Travel Experiences through our Platform.

If something goes wrong with your Travel Experience, see Section A15 of these Terms for information on what you may do. This includes filing a complaint with us, attending court, and (in some situations) using an online dispute resolution tool.

A1. Definitions

1. Some of the words you'll see have extremely particular definitions, so go to the "Flightinsta dictionary" at the end of these Terms.

A2. About These Terms

1. By completing your Booking, you agree to these Terms and any others supplied throughout the booking process.

2. If any government rules that some of these terms are illegal, the remaining terms will continue to apply.

3. These Terms are put up as follows:

Section A includes general words for all types of travel experiences.

Sections B through F provide specific phrases for a single sort of travel experience:

If there is a conflict between general and specific words, the latter will apply.

4. The English form of these terms is the original. If there is a disagreement about the Terms or a discrepancy between the Terms in English and another language, the Terms as they appear in English will prevail, unless local law dictates otherwise. (You may change the language at the top of this page.)

A3. About Flightinsta.

1. When you purchase a lodging, travel, or event through Flightinsta B.V. supplies and manage the Platform, but not the Travel Experience (see A4.4 below).

2. When you book a rental car, private or public transportation, Flightinsta Transport Limited offers and is responsible for the Platform, but not the Travel Experience (see A4.4 below).

3. We collaborate with organizations that offer local support services (such as Customer Support or Account Management). They don't.

This includes those who run our platform, have their platform, have a legal or contractual relationship with you, offer Travel Experiences, represent us in contracts or legal documents, and act as our "process or service agents."

A4. Our platform.

1. We obtain information from Service Providers, and we cannot guarantee that everything is correct—however, when delivering our Platform, we exercise reasonable care and professional attention. Unless we neglected to do so or were negligent, we cannot be held accountable for any errors, problems, or absences of data. Of course, we will do all in our power to remedy or repair them as soon as we become conscious of them.

2. We are continually working to enhance the way consumers experience Flightinsta experiences. So, we sometimes show various folks alternative designs, phrasings, items, and so on to see how they respond. As a result, you may not encounter some services or situations when you visit our Platform.

3. Our Platform does not promote or support any Service the supplier, including their products, amenities, services, vehicles, and so on.

4. We are not a party to your contract with the supplier of the service. The Service Provider bears the entire responsibility for the Travel Experience.

5. You may be required to register an account before making a booking. Make sure all of your information (including payment and contact information) is correct and up to date; otherwise, you may be unable to access your Travel Experience(s). You are responsible for anything that occurs with your Account, so do not allow anyone else to use it, and keep your login and password private.
