Any authorized cancellations of refundable rates may incur a processing fee, as determined by Flightinsta Customer Service.

There is no refund for the price of the flight tickets or any associated fees. If the voyage has not begun and the consumer has contacted the airline's customer service department to cancel.

They can request a refund for their travel security coverage within ten days of purchase. The only way to cancel is by phone.

Before processing refund claims, the following prerequisites must be met: The passenger requested a cancellation and reimbursement through us under airline policies. Non-show attendees cannot receive refunds for any plans they make.

Flightinsta Customer Service maintains the right to charge a processing fee for any allowed cancellation of refundable flights.

It is unclear when the procedure for refunding airline tickets would be finished.

Requests for refunds are processed consecutively. We'll send you an email confirming the request as soon as we receive a response from the customer support agent.

Please be advised, however, that this communication is only a confirmation of your request; a refund is not guaranteed.

After receiving the request, we work with the relevant airlines to determine a fee waiver that is consistent with their regulations.

Following that, we will inform you of the airline's decision.

Please be aware that airline policy governs refunds. It may take longer for airlines to approve the reimbursement.

Flightinsta Customer Service maintains the right to charge a processing fee for any allowed cancellation of refundable flights.

Returns are often subject to a fee by all airlines. It may take between sixty and ninety days for us to process your refund request and have it reflected on your credit card account.

In addition to the airline's return penalty, Flightinsta will impose a processing fee for this refund.

Only if the airline has granted the reimbursement. If a waiver has been acquired and a refund is permitted per airline policy, these expenses will be charged.

If the airline is unable to process your compensation. We will repay you for any processing fees we incur.

Returns and exchanges.

Airline tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. A credit can be used toward future ticket purchases if the airline allows cancellations. In these circumstances, the applicable penalty and any price difference will be added.
